An Introduction to Milton & our Pub
2010 saw the 150th Anniversary of the founding of Milton Township.
The rural town of Milton reflects the history of the area from farming, mining,
timber and fishing.
Milton is the gateway to the Budawang Mountains and the famous Pigeon House and The Castle mountains which offer
wonderful bushwalking expeditions.
If swimming, surfing or fishing is more to your taste, Milton is located
minutes away from Mollymook and Narawallee Beaches. Lake Conjola is
approximately ten minutes by car with Burrill and Tabourie Lakes only 15 minutes and 20 minutes south.
The picturesque Ulladulla Harbour is about 10 minutes away.
The town has many interesting and exciting events during the year including
the Milton Show Society’s Annual Show, the Scarecrow Festival in April and the Milton Settlers Fair on the
October long weekend.
For a relaxing and friendly break in Milton, the facilities at the Commercial Hotel Milton
are available and the staff are always on hand to assist you.
